No, Bowe Cay offers a rare and true private island experience. Our caretakers will greet you, give you a tour, and ensure you’re comfortable before leaving. They live on a nearby island and are available to assist during your stay if needed, but otherwise, the island is all yours to enjoy in complete privacy.

Bowe Cay is a 30-minute boat ride from the Moss Town dock. We recommend flying into Georgetown, then taking a taxi to the Moss Town dock, where our caretaker will greet you and transport you to the island by boat. Transportation to and from the island is included in the rental price, making your journey seamless and stress-free.

After booking your stay, you'll receive a link to a local grocery store where you can place your order for the duration of your visit. Our team will coordinate with you to pick up the groceries in advance, ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked and ready upon your arrival.

Your stay includes transportation to and from Bowe Cay for check-in and check-out via boat from Moss Town dock. If you'd like to use our boat for day trips during your stay, we offer a rental option that includes a captain. Please contact us for more details and rates.

Yes, we can arrange for our caretaker, who also serves as a chef, to prepare local Bahamian dinners for your group. Additionally, if you prefer, the caretaker can stay on the island throughout your stay to assist with meals and any other needs. Please contact us for rates.

We provide basic snorkel gear on the island, but we always recommend bringing your own, as masks and fins can fit differently for each person. Having your own ensures the best and most comfortable experience.
